Subscription Membership — Terms & Disclosure
Effective upon enrollment at checkout. Please read carefully before enrolling.
Billing Summary
14-day free trial, then $29.99 / month
Your free trial begins on the date of enrollment. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged $29.99 automatically on day 15 and on the same calendar date each month thereafter. No action is required to continue the membership.
1. What Your Membership Includes
Jovial Merch VIP Club (“the Club”) provides the following benefits to active members:
Monthly Store Credits — 30 Credits ($30 Value)
Each billing cycle, your account is automatically loaded with 30 credits. One (1) credit equals one (1) U.S. dollar in purchasing value, redeemable exclusively in the Jovial Merch VIP Club Deals Portal. Credits are issued at the start of each paid billing period. Credits do not expire — they accumulate and remain available for as long as your account exists, including after cancellation (see Section 4).
Free Shipping on All Orders — No Minimum
Active members receive complimentary standard shipping on every Jovial Merch order, with no purchase minimum required. This benefit applies automatically at checkout while your membership is in good standing.
Free Priority Handling
Member orders are automatically queued for priority processing and fulfillment at no additional charge. This benefit is particularly valuable during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holiday season) and for time-sensitive purchases such as gifts with firm delivery deadlines. Priority handling moves your order to the front of the fulfillment queue; it does not guarantee a specific delivery date, which remains subject to carrier performance.
Priority Member Support
Members have access to a dedicated support channel at support@myjovialmerch.com. Member inquiries are handled on a prioritized basis ahead of general queue volume.
Access to Exclusive & Curated Designs
Members gain access to a curated selection of exclusive Jovial Merch designs, including seasonal favorites and limited-edition items not available in the general storefront. The selection is updated periodically at our discretion.
Personalization & Custom Design Requests
Members may submit requests for product personalization or entirely custom designs. Requests may be submitted via the Deals Portal or through member support. Availability, turnaround times, and any applicable production costs will be communicated at the time of request. Custom design requests are subject to capacity and are not guaranteed.
2. Credits — Accrual, Redemption & Retroactive Coverage
Credits are issued monthly and accumulate without a forfeit date. Members who have paid for multiple billing cycles without redeeming their credits will find the full balance of all accrued credits available in their account — regardless of how long those credits have been held. There is no use-it-or-lose-it policy.
Credits are redeemable exclusively toward purchases in the Jovial Merch VIP Club Deals Portal. They have no cash value and are non-transferable.
3. Billing, Renewals & Failed Payments
Your membership renews automatically each month. You authorize Jovial Merch to charge the payment method on file at the then-current monthly rate until the subscription is cancelled. We will not notify you separately before each renewal charge.
If a renewal charge is declined, your membership and associated benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully collected. Credits will not be issued for billing periods in which payment was not received.
4. Cancellation Policy
How to cancel
Send a cancellation request by email to support@myjovialmerch.com. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email — verbal or chat requests will not be processed. There is no cancellation fee.
Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any point during your free trial or active paid membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your benefits remain accessible through that date.
Your credits stay with you. Any unused credits in your account at the time of cancellation remain available and do not expire, even after your membership ends.
Cancel during your free trial. If you cancel before day 14 of your trial, you will not be charged. We recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the trial end date to allow for processing time.
5. Refund Policy
Monthly membership charges are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except as required by applicable law.
Credits that have been redeemed toward a completed purchase are not eligible for refund in connection with a cancellation request. If you have used credits to purchase merchandise and subsequently request a cancellation, the associated membership charge for that period will not be refunded on the basis of credit usage. Refund eligibility for individual product orders (e.g., damaged or incorrect items) is governed by our standard Order & Returns Policy and is separate from membership billing.
6. Modifications & Termination
Jovial Merch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits, pricing, or these terms at any time. Material changes to pricing or billing will be communicated to members in advance via email to the address on file, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
We also reserve the right to terminate a membership in cases of account misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms, in which case any unused credits may be forfeited.
